Holy crap!
There was a comment left on my blog by someone called Armitage. My brain went, "surely it can't be Armitage Shanx the guitarist from Howling Mad" (my first punk/hardcore/metal band) and then I get an invite from an Armitage on Myspace and lo and behold it is the very same man! Haven't spoken to him in over 20 years and then he pops on my blog and Myspace, how bizarre is that!
Turns out he is going to see The Quireboys at The Forum on Sunday so we are planning to meet and have a drink a catch up!
