Sam and I had visited Southend College earlier in the week to see if we could get him on the Diploma Level 2 course there as Chelmsford had cancelled the one he was supposed to be on. The main course was fully booked up so him and his friend Wade were put on the waiting list for the course. The other option that Southend College were looking at was putting him on the adult version of the course (as he is 18 in three weeks).
He got the good news today though, both him and Wade have been put on the adult Diploma Level 2 In Professional Cookery and he starts on Tuesday so he is now very happy!
