Sometimes the best laid plans fall apart. We had intended on heading over to see a friend of ours unveil her latest video to the world. Sadly, due to be let down by someone this plan had to be cancelled. This was not pleasing to us but I guess these things do happen!.

Instead we settled down and watched the Director's Cut of Close Encounters Of The Third Kind. I haven't watched this film for years and I'd forgotten just how good it was. There are bits of it that seem a little dated but it still stands up as an epic science fiction movie. Just in case you have never seen this film before here's a little teaser to try and convince you to see it!
