Hot, too hot, crap journey, Sophie going home and WWE Money In The Bank

The sun is ok but it's just too hot for me at the moment. 30 odd degrees and having to travel to and from work just makes KT a grumpy girl. It doesn't help that the air conditioning in the office is rubbish. It's crazy really, despite being the fabulous icon of a modern building that The Gherkin is, it doesn't have a decent cooling system. Considering how much glass it's made of you would have thought someone night have done a better job on that front.

The journey home was an absolute nightmare. Hot and sweaty I arrived at London Bridge station to find that the 18:02 was running over ten minutes later, the 18:10 was cancelled, there were delays at Waterloo and at Orpington. The platform was packed and the train was absolutely rammed. A few of us managed to squeeze in but we were all held upright by other bodies, there was no need to hold on to anything. It was one of the most unpleasant, uncomfortable and longest 20 minute journeys I have ever had. It certainly left me grumpy!

It was such a relief to get home and change into cropped leggings and a big baggy Ann Summers t-shirt.

There was some good news today though as Sophie had made really good progress today and has been told she will be allowed back home tomorrow. So relieved that all is looking good.

We had a yummy mixed grill and caught up with WWE Money In The Bank. This one was a bit of a mixes bag. The first ladder match was pretty good. Most of the other matches were pretty meh. The final ladder match was awesome although we were all miffed that Daniel Bryan got screwed. Not sure that Randy Orton should have won. I'd have settled for Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, or Rob Van Dam.

This was my final pleasure of the night. No it isn't a strange butt plug! It's a giant Walnut Whip tin filled with delicious chocolate yums!
