Dolmen Grove Essex Moot

Today was a very special day as Toni and I headed out to Bas Vegas. The fates tried to conspire against us with the M25 being at a standstill and then Blackwall Tunnel being a crawl but we finally made our way to Essex to the Harvester Pub in Basildon's Festival Leisure Park.

The purpose of our visit to these "illustrious" surroundings was to attend the first ever meet up of the newly formed Dolmen Grove Essex Moot. Whilst there had been a moot before things had gone belly up before we could attend and so a new one was formed. It was great to meet so many kindred spirits under the banner of the Dolmen Grove. We were all presented with silver candles plus this lovely card.

Time ran away with us and we could have talked for hours and hours. We have made some great new friends and the date is set for the next moot. We have also talked about trying to do something at Yule as well.
