Transport sorted, shower sorted, less stress

It was a good news day today. Firstly, Toni got a phone call to say that our GP had sorted everything out and that transport would be arranged for Pam and her trip to Moorfield's tomorrow which was such a huge relief.

Secondly, we got in touch with Jerome who has confirmed that our shower is now FINALLY good to go! I was first in and it was SO good. With our new boiler operating well the shower is now amazing. So hot, good pressure, BLISS! Silky smooth skin and hair makes one feel much more like a girl once again!

It was a much less stressful day today with things starting to settle in. This is how we like things to be! We are both on holiday this week which has made things a lot easier. More Batman was played, new tyre was fitted on the Kia, Bob and Jamie both popped round. It's all go here in Glitzville!

Being a glutton for punishment I decided to watch the New York Rangers v New York Islanders grudge match. This was a good game to watch. End to end stuff. Cam Talbot doing sterling work in goal and Rangers actually putting a lot of shots on goal. I thought we were heading into overtime with the game tied at 2 - 2 with 6:14 left in the third until Pouliot putting Rangers 3 - 2 ahead. The last few minutes was edge of your seat stuff with the Islanders piling on the pressure. Islanders pulled the netminder with 1:30 left and I was biting my nails. Thankfully the Rangers resolve held firm and they skated away with a 3 - 2 victory! PHEW!
