Today was a total write off. I had been running a temperature throughout the night and still had achey joints, gravel throat and nasty coughs in the morning. I had to phone in sick which I am sure didn't make me popular but hey ho, that's way things happen.
Spent the day pretty zoned out, taking drugs and sleeping where I could. What a real come down after a fantastic extended break.....
