Every 30 years, a lonely old house in the fields of New England wakes up and demands a sacrifice. What more do you need to know? Whilst this one was another low budget film it certainly wasn't light on plot or effects. Nice to see some decent over the top blood sprays coming into play. Plenty of squirters!
Well worth a watch if you like creepy houses, strange malicious spirits and a good twist.
