Train trouble

It's always a delight to get to the station to find out there are train problems. Today we had to detour to Eltham due to a derailed freight train at Lewisham. The platform was packed and it was pretty chaotic.

Deciding not to panic and squeeze onto already rammed trains, Sam and I let three go through and then we actually had one come in that had some space on it, score!

Things hadn't been resolved by the end of the night and getting home was a real pig. We starting uttering machinations skywards in the hope that someone might be feeling benevolent and have everything resolved by tomorrow.
