Feelings...............

Sometimes we let our feelings get carried away and out of control.
Sometimes that can be very destructive.
I am sorry for letting this happen but I know we have what it takes to carry on stronger than ever.

With a spring in my step...................

Well I set off to work this morning with a spring in my step thinking about just how happy I am. The delightful Miss Ashmore just fills me with joy and from my head to my toes. My passion for life increases every day and I just feel inspired when I think about her love for me.

HI-Luff-Phew

Sharon Ashmore, you are the most amazing woman that I have ever met in my life. Your qualities are endless and there is nothing bad that I can say about you.

Every morning when I wake up next to you I know how lucky I am to have you in my life. Not a day goes by that I am not thankful for you talking to me that night on 21st January 2006. You have the most beautiful soul and heart and are so kind, loving and gentle. My life with you so far has been the happiest days I have ever had and I can't wait to enjoy the rest of my life with you. I didn't realise that it was possible to receive love the way you give it and it's fantastic that I can give that love back to you. I want you to feel loved, safe and special.

A 5 Star Weekend

Well that was a weekend and a half!
As a treat I decided to take Sharon away to London for the weekend so that we could have some quality "us" time away from the rest of the world.
We stayed at the 5* Radisson Edwardian Mayfair Hotel which was fantastic, arriving on the Friday night and just chilling out.
On Saturday we went shopping and I bought Sharon some Swarovski jewellery for her to wear in the evening as we were heading off to the Savoy Theatre to see The Rat Pack which she absolutely loved.
We then had a lovely lunch sitting outside in Leicester Square. It was almost like being abroad as the weather was so lovely and hot, and it was actually quite quiet as most people had dived into any bar that they could find that was showing the England v Paraguay game (which we were NOT going to watch). After lunch we meandered around a little more before heading back to the hotel for a rest.
We overslept and left ourselves very little time to get ready to go the theatre but we managed it and the performance of The Rat Pack was absolutely fantastic. Following the performance we then took a stroll down to Embankment where we greeted with the romantic sight of a lovely full moon sitting above the bridge.
Sunday started with champagne and strawberries and we then spent the rest of the day just chilling out in the hotel room (and trying to help Sharon nurse a bad ear) before we headed back to Essex and real life again.

It was a perfect weekend spent in the company of the perfect companion!
