We had an early birthday party for Nanny tonight as we won't get to see her on her birthday.

Batteries running low

Well my batteries are running low and I think I am just operating on reserves just now. Need something to pick me up soon or I think I'll just shut down. Plan is to try and have an early night if possible which might help.

*sigh* flagging now

Starting to flag now. What with wayward kids and nothing happening on the house front I am just feeling so flat. Going to see my mum at the weekend so hopefully that will cheer me up a bit.

Relaxing and snuggling

Spent most of today trying not to do too much and just chilling, relaxing and snuggling which was wonderful after a real nightmare of a week.

Wet and miserable

The weather is wet and horrible and things just don't seem to improve. Took Sam to have his wart and verruca frozen which was pretty gross. Spent the rest of the day feeling thoroughly miserable!

From bad to worse!

Why is that just as you think things are improving suddenly something new comes along and blows things out of the water? There is some real madness going on at the moment and it's driving us both nuts!

Finally managed an early night!!!!!!!!!

Well we finally managed to have an early night which was a real novelty and very nice too! Feel so much better as a result of it. Stress levels are dropping too as things start to work themselves out slowly!!!!!!

No early night and certainly not de-stressed

Well that didn't go quite as planned!!!!! Not only was there no early night but the plan to de-stress went out the window and we both ended up distressed. Sometimes it seems life teases us, we think things are going well and then suddenly kaboom! and it's all blown out of the water :o(

Early night and de-stressing

Still really tired and stressed too. I know what it is and hopefully after tomorrow things will be MUCH less stressful. Tonight we plan on having an early night so hopefully that will deal with the tiredness and stress.

So tired, wish this was me!

Stress!

I think it is time for someone to grow up a bit. You can't go on the way you are or you'll just end up a mess. You need to focus to try and sort yourself out and start to improve things. It's all down to you (and you have support if you need it) but you need to ditch the anger and just get on with things that need doing.
You know what you need to do so please start doing it as everyone is starting to get very stressed about the whole situation.

Bad feelings

I don't know why but for some strange reason I keep getting these bad feelings. Hard to describe but kind of like a piece of my heart being taken. Very odd. Happened yesterday at around 12:15 and today at 11:45.

Oh dear, had to have a "house meeting" tonight as there is a return to lack of co-operation in helping with household chores once again and so Sharon and I are spending more and more time doing stuff that should already have been done.

Well as part of our plan to live happily ever after we went out today and chose a wonderful suite from the Germaine range at DFS! And we only have to wait 3 months before we can sit on it LOL
