The morning was taken up going shopping for lots of goodies for the evening. We managed to go nearly 40% over budget, oops!
Sam started preparing food and we get changing into our posh gear as he had decided we all had to dress up!
It was a good night, everybody made the effort to dress smart which was nice. I started thing off with a "champagne" toast to Sam and then it was time to drink and eat etc. Toni and I beat a retreat upstairs to watch the first four episodes of the new Vampire Diaries series (and stayed upstairs for the rest of the night) once they started rolling Sam's "sex dice" that he had been given as a present as it just didn't feel quite right amongst them all while they were messing about with them LOL.
Sam's food that he cooked was delicious although Toni and I were both gutted that we didn't managed to get any of the ice cream that he had made with the Ice Cream Maker that we bought his for his birthday.
Poor old Sam got accosted by Megan who insisted on crimping his hair and giving him a little beauty treatment. I'll spare him the embarrassment of the close up shot (and the ones of him dancing with nipple tassles on) but here's one I am sure he won't mind too much!
