All hail Apple customer service again!

Met up with Sam at Charing Cross after work today and we went to the Apple Store in Covent Garden for his appointment with the Geniuses! After a short wait our Genius arrived and Sam showed the guy the hairline crack on his iPhone screen. The Genius told Sam that screen damage is no longer covered by Apple warranty and something about household insurance.

He then studied the phone, checked Sam's service details and promptly announced that they would swap the phone out for a brand new one! Once again a massive win on the customer service front for Apple following on from my recent great experience.

Yes Apple products can be seen as status symbols and are expensive but the customer service is way above and beyond anything I have experienced from any other company.

BIG thumbs up for Apple! Just need to start saving the cash up now to buy some more Apple goodness!
