Went back to work today, was nice to be back in the saddle so to speak.
Sophie called me to say that the net connection was down again. I called BT to complain only to be told that my case still hadn't been referred to the wholesale team. I was NOT a happy bunny. Stressed how important it was that this is resolved ASAP and then not long after my call I got an automated message saying BT would be in touch within 48 hours. It's a start I suppose. They had better sort it out soon though or I'll really get upset.
