Still icky today, not as bad as yesterday but have the headache from hell.
Last Wednesday I reported a fault to BT with my broadband internet. They "diagnosed" it as a hub fault and agreed to send me a new one. It was supposed to come on Friday, then Monday but finally arrived today.
Diagnosis was wrong as new hub also failed to connect, in fact it was worse as I had a sporadic connection with the old hub so went back to using that and called BT to complain. After a few more tests they agreed to pass my case to the wholesale department.
Toni wasn't well either so she decided to come over today so we could both suffer together LOL.
