Ring a ring a shoesies

We've gained another piece of modern art near the Gherkin. Yes it's that time of year again... So here we have a nice collection of shoes arranged in a circle and all connected via their laces. There's probably some meaning to it somewhere....

It makes things interesting in the wilderness of glass and steel I guess LOL
