Had a terrible night last night. One of the most appalling nights ever. Hardly any sleep, was tired but couldn't drop off. Brain flying round in circles, GRRRRRRRR. Doesn't happen very often but I hate it when it does.
To make matters worse as they day wore on I started to feel really ill. This was probably down to exhaustion but it still sucked. Got home and went to sleep for three hours and at least feel more human now.
Grabbing a quick snack and watching Cronos now. Fingers crossed I get a reasonable sleep tonight.
