Today was a working from home day. It was a bit if a meh day work wise, it happens every now and then.
Sam's struggle to complete his O2 Recycle transaction came to a head today. He had been promised that he would have his Amazon voucher by the end of Sunday but this didn't happen. On a side note I had bet him that it wouldn't and ended up one bag of Jelly Tots better off! He called up the O2 Recycle team to ask what was happening and was told that they would look into it and phone him back. Later in the after they still hadn't called. He called back and was told it would be done when it was done! Toni then led the charge and called them up and was told that they had contacted Amazon and chased them but the voucher code hadn't been returned to them. Not long after this a very happy Sam received an email with his voucher code so he rushed to the nearest PC to place his order for a brand new graphics card and power supply for his PC. To say he was ecstatic would be an understatement! Still he got there in the end though although it was a real mission with all the postal problems at the start of it.
Highlight of the day was Sam going out to Pizza Hut with Aaron to use one of his vouchers. They had a buffet competition and managed to down 16 slices of pizza EACH! That wasn't the highlight though, the highlight was Sam coming back bringing with him two yummy gluten Meat Feasts! RESULT!
The return of Being Human made our evening viewing fun. The first episode of series five was really good. Lots of humour, blood and all the things that have made this evolving series a must see.
