Change of plans, home made burgers and New York Rangers

Today did not go quite as planned. We had been meaning to go to Deptford market to go shopping but Toni was feeling a little under the weather so that plan was scrapped. Instead we dispatched the boys to meet Jade in Eltham to pick up vital things that were needed. Sadly this horribleness that Toni had also meant that we had to abandon our plans to go to London to see Wildside Riot which was a damn shame.

It ended up being a lazy day. We watched some Sabrina and then I caught up with the Pittsburgh Penguins v New York Rangers game from Thursday night. Wished I hadn't though as it was a woeful Rangers performance and a 3 - 0 loss to boot.

Dinner was home made gluten free beefburgers thanks to Jade and Gemima. They were absolutely delicious. You can't beat stuff like that made from scratch!

Lots of coffee was then consumed as I geared up to watch Tampa Bay Lightning v New York Rangers. This time it was a game well worth watching and I was delighted with the 3 - 2 victory at the end of it. I miss watching ice hockey so getting an NHL fix is good.
