Car hunting, Rangers lose to Flyers, more Clone Wars & King Of The Nerds

Sleep was good. We woke up at 10:45 to glorious sunshine. We didn't get up for another hour. BLISS! Toni and I went on a car hunt today to look for a replacement for The Beast and we found exactly what we wanted. Rather than stick with Kia we looked at a Chrysler Grand Voyager. It meets all our requirements as an MPV and we had a successful test drive. This isn't it but shows what it looks like:
Deposit has been put down so it will be ours and we'll be picking it up next weekend once it has been prepped and serviced. Pictures will be published when we have it in our grubby mitts and a name will no doubt be revealed!

In a disappointing matinee game the New York Rangers lost 2 - 4 to Philadelphia Flyers. It wasn't for want of trying and it wasn't a bad game to watch. One disallowed goal and numerous missed chances meant the game could have been so different. That's the way it goes though, Boston Bruins tomorrow so another tough game but a win would be nice!

The Clone Wars fest continued. It just gets better and better and I am even finding Jar Jar Binks less annoying that usual. Well, slightly less anyway! Luckily he isn't in it very much! I'm really enjoying seeing lots of planets and species being used that are only briefly shown in the films.

We sandwiched The Clone Wars around the latest episode of King Of The Nerds. I was delighted to see Team Midas Touch Attack finally get a win, and a convincing one at that. Is it wrong that I am starting to want Zack to win? LOL

...and then it was back to more Clone Wars....and Season One was finished!
