The girls were back down at the sea although today they weren't going swimming in it (much to their disgust) but they did have a little paddle down by the rock pools as the tide was going out.
Posing time came around once again as you can imagine I never waste an opportunity to be a tart!
Pam then treated us to dinner which was at the lovely Italian restaurant that does the gluten free wares. I returned once again to the seafood awesomeness!
Dessert was an amazing dark chocolate torte with vanilla ice cream. We then took a slow stroll back along the sea front with the girls taking the opportunity to hit the beach again. We then took a couple of hours to just chill out and relax (and watch some paralympic events). It was then time to head back to Sidcup in a bit of a nightmare journey which took absolutely ages much to our disgust.
It was a good weekend though with some lovely weather and it was great to see that Pam is looking a lot better.!
