Orpheum @ Red Roar Festival

No rest for the wicked with an early start today as Toni and I loaded up The Beast and headed out to deepest darkest Gravesend for the Red Roar Festival at The Red Lion. It wasn't the most salubrious of venues but they managed to set up four stages there.

In the best piece of news ever we ended up getting promoted to the Main (Mane) Stage at the last minute which was a great result for us as we had been down for one of the outside stages. As stages go the Mane Stage was one of the best that we have performed on so far.

It was a good gig with an amazing sound (both out front and on stage through the monitors) and any cobwebs that we had been showing at The Comedy seemed to have been clearly blown away today. It was a great honour to be asked to open proceedings today and even better that we got to do it on the Mane Stage.

After the gig it was all back to Glitzville for a BBQ, fun, chat and a fun movie in the shape of Ronal The Barbarian. All in all it was a bloody good day!
