Trailers, Star Wars v Star Trek and latest Rebels update

Time for a little round up of TV, game and Star Wars news.....

Finally we have our first full trailer for the next series of Doctor Who. It might be short but it's got me excited once again!

In video game news Bandai Namco have just announce that Tekken 7 is coming soon! The early Tekken games were some of my favourites way back in the days of the PS1 although I was less impress with how later releases went. I really hope that Tekken 7 will be a return to form. Trailer time!

Also appearing online yesterday was what was thought to be a trailer for American Horror Story: Freakshow. Turns out that it was NOT an official trailer from FX but was a fan made one. That being said it was really good and had the look and feel of the show and past FX trailers.

Talk of fan based videos, here's a neat little Star Wars v Star Trek one. After Star Trek IV, the crew of the Enterprise needed more whales, so they came back to San Francisco again, except this time it's an alternate universe where Reagan's Star Wars defense initiative from the 80's is coming to fruition as the Death Star nears completion (superlaser already fully operational).

I didn't cover this last week but the latest Star Wars Rebels promo has now hit revealing new character Agent Kallus, Imperial Enforcer

..and here is Chopper from Star Wars Rebels brought to life:

It is being rumoured by Jedi News that Steven Moffat has been offered a Star Wars film. It is assumed that this will be one of the standalone ones. Whilst I enjoyed his Doctor Who stuff I am not sure he would be right for a Star Wars project and there is a very mixed view of him in the Who community. To counter this rumour Moffat spoke at London Film & Comic Con this weekend and said that this was all "news to him". Time will tell....

To round things off here is some Star Wars style Mr & Misses:
