Woke up early and was up by 08:30 today feeling much much better. I suspect the Vertical Rush and then gigging all night on Thursday (plus possibly the small lurgy) just zapped me yesterday.
Did some Edinburgh Capitals stuff and then we went to Chelmsford so that Aaron and Gemima could go to Game and Games Workshop.
We had lunch when we got back and then Sam, Aaron and Gemima were all playing their PSPs and DSs whilst I played guitar and Toni did sme stuff on her laptop. One bad back later I was persuaded to give Toni massage as she was really starting to hurt.
