Had a rough day today. The low level lurgy that I feared was hiding just before my Vertical Rush decided to manifest itself this morning. Started off with just a sniffle but this gradually got worse and worse. I was like a zombie by the time Toni picked me up from work.
When we got home I took a Lemsip and went to bed for some sleep. Woke up briefly to have something to eat before going to bed and crashing straight out again, I don't even remember Toni coming to bed later on.
