Well you learn some interesting things every now and then! Our new appraisal system kicked in two weeks late much to everybody's disgust as it meant there was a mad panic to get phase one done. A couple of people didn't get their forms until just past the deadline. One person still hasn't received their form after phase two is finished. We've now been told there is a delay with phase three because our HR outsourced the submission and the company have some issues so we have yet to see the return of our forms! Way to go! I shouldn't be surprised by something like this bit I am! We still have a backwards appraisal system (despite the forma being revised) and now part of the whole process has been outsourced completely, absolutely bonkers!
Other than that startling revelation it was a reasonable day at work. Got home to a lovely tuna dinner and then we had a TV catch with Once Upon A Time and Misfits. Golf club wielding killer white rabbits for the win! "No it can't wait, I've had to wait for you to ejaculate, isn't that enough?" LMFAO, what a quote!
Cake and custard was followed by us starting to watch Tron: Uprising, an animated Disney series that carries on the Tron story and sits between Tron and Tron: Legacy. Despite some of the stylised graphics it was actually pretty good and I like the fact that Bruce Boxleitner was in it.
