Shopping, Andrew O'Neill, Frijj, Batman & Spider-Man

The morning was kick started with breakfast at Coffee Town. After the yumminess we headed to Deptford to meet Jade and do a major shop for meat and vegetables including lots for our Xmas meal.

In car entertainment was provided by Andrew O'Neill's CD Live In Melbourne (Lives In London). It is a most chuckle worthy comedy fest especially the Metal V Goth part. If you haven't been touched by Mr O'Neill's comedy yet then I suggest you go and check him out!

Saw this sign en route to the market, not sure why it caught my attention!

What with the world being really small we ended up bumping into our friend Alan in the market. Who'd have think it!

After Deptford market we went and did some additional shopping in Tesco. A lot of money was spent but we have enough supplies to last us for weeks.

One of our Tesco purchases was some a new type of Frijj milkshake. Mine was this one:

Honeycomb choc swirl milkshake is absolute delicious however there is not enough in a bottle!

This bit of the label really made laugh:

I like idea of vegetablists!

Superhero fun and games was provided by The Dark Knight Rises DVD. We missed it when it was on at the cinema so it was catch up time for us. What a great film it is!

Sam and I cooked a huge spicy beef nacho mountain and then we settled down for more superhero action in the form of The Amazing Spider-Man. Having heard mixed things about this film I really enjoyed it. It was a good reboot and the library seen was genius!
