Kitchen Nightmares and totally chilled

It was a lazy day today. Toni and I chilled out and enjoyed a Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares USA marathon from the start of Season 1. I do love his shows and this one is great seeing him step in to help people try and save their restaurant businesses. It's people watching at it's finest with so many attitudes and slices of humble pie being eaten.

It's so nice to head towards the end of a weekend feeling thoroughly chilled and relaxed and ready to face the ongoing week.
