Emotional lunacy

Having a really bad emotion day today. Suffering from emotional lunacy! Feel all out of sorts and confused. Really miss Sharon. Yesterday I was fine and suddenly I am all down and depressed. Can't cope when I get like this, I hate it. I am all tearful and really don't know why. Could quite happily go back to bed and just stay there indefinately right now :(
