Spoke to Sophie who said that although she still has the pains they aren't every 5 minutes so for now it is panic over. I have a sneaky feeling she'll be doing this quite a lot as the way with the lead up to labour so she had better get used to the idea of false starts LOL.
She has promised that she'll keep me posted.
