Wow, just wow. We burned through all five seasons of Breaking Bad in around four weeks. It was compelling and addictive viewing. There are very few TV shows that I would consider as must-see essential viewing. Breaking Bad has won that crown. The writing was excellent throughout all five seasons, the characters are believable and the way you feel empathy for them all is amazing. It is a roller coaster ride of emotions and morality and as you learn to love, and hate, and feel for certain people.
It's not a show for the faint hearted, it's violent, dark and deals with some unsavoury subject matter but my Goddess, what a delivery! There are also plenty of light hearted moments too. I really didn't think I would be that into the show based on the first episode but it took off really quickly.
I cannot recommend Breaking Bad highly enough. If you haven't already joined the read, please do so!
