A day in Bexhill-on-Sea

Today it was off to Bexhill-on-Sea for a brief trip with Toni, Pam and Aaron. Things didn't start well with some nightmare traffic which meant that we were late for our lunch appointment. Thankfully this didn't matter and a table was found for us anyway. As usual the food was absolutely delicious. Due to arriving late and lunch not being the fastest we had to bypass Pam's hairdresser appointment.

Next stop was Pam's flat and Aaron and I loaded up The Beast with her special chair, huge TV and writing table. We then took Pam in and Toni helped her pack up a suitcase of clothes that she wanted and also some precious belongings to make her room at ours feel more like home.

The journey back wasn't too bad except it was rush hour and everything was naturally a bit busy. Once we were home Aaron quickly got changed and headed out to a Halloween party.

Once Pam was settled down for the night Toni and I stayed up to watch the New York Rangers v Buffalo Sabres game. Unlike previous games this one was a delight to watch. The Rangers finally seemed to have clicked and were playing like a tight unit. It's been a long time coming and if they can keep it going then I'll be delighted. The game ended with the Rangers winning 2 - 0 and me going to bed very happy!
