WFH, nan update and Steve Hughes

I was working from home today due to Toni having to go to the hospital to be with her nan and us having daily work done to bring the shower back to life. It turned out that the eye situation was pretty serious and unfortunately there are only a couple of surgeons who were able to perform the required operation. This meant that the surgery did not happen today but was scheduled for tomorrow.

After work and hospital visits Toni and I then met up in Camden and went to our favourite vegan Chinese restaurant for some much need energy replenishment. After the noms we went to Leicester Square to meet up with Caz, Darren and Christian. Our destination was Leicester Square Theatre to see Steve Hughes on his While It's Still Legal tour. The warm up was Sully O'Sullivan who was really funny. It was the perfect preparation for Mr Hughes. Steve Hughes has an amazing blend of comedy mixed in the reality and conspiracy theories and sometimes I just wanted him to talk on the reality stuff as he has life pretty much summed up. I'm not going to share too much just in case you want to go and check him out but the show was brilliant.

As we'd eaten quite early today we hit Cafe Rouge afterwards for a nice bit of steak before heading back home and much needed sleep!
